Our salmon tartare with avocado is a dish that really packs a punch: Fresh avocado and fine salmon provide high-quality omega-3 fatty acids. The avocado salmon tartare goes well as a starter, for brunch or as a light lunch or dinner.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- Place the salmon cubes in a large bowl and add the spring onions, capers and sesame seeds. Stir well and add a drizzle of olive oil and soy sauce and stir again.
In a small bowl, mix the avocado pieces with the lime juice.
- Place the salmon cubes in a ring-shaped dish on a plate and press down gently with a spoon. Place the avocado pieces on top and carefully lift up the ring shape. Repeat this with the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately
